Early work by James Taylor -- a wonderful batch of folk rock tunes from the New York scene of the late 60s, trippier than Taylor's later work, and with a sound that gets a bit funky at times! There's 2 especially great tunes -- both of them titled "Knocking Round The Zoo" -- which have funky drums and bass, especially stripped down in the 2nd version of the tune, perfect for sampling! Other titles include "Night Owl", "Something's Wrong", "Kootch's Song", and "Rainy Day Man".
